This a great game for people who have lots of free time, because you need it. At first, until you get the hang of it, you suck terribly. Then when you get into career mode you can upgrade you car and then you start to do really good. This has the largest field of racers ever, you can create a driver and even choose thier sponsors and stuff. You can choose race length, damage type (on, off, little), and you can ever get infinite tires and fuel if you turn it on in the option menu. This is a really great game if you have the time to get the hang of it. It's a bad game to rent unless you have rented it from BlockBuster or somewhere that you can keep it out for a long time.
